The goal of our company is to design and realize engineering services complying with the customer’s needs, meeting the expectations and fully satisfying its requests.
The management of ST2 S.r.l. undertakes the design to achieve the company quality system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 ensuring that:
- the organizational system covers all the aspects of the business
- the quality policy and the specific targets are carried out
- every single process is organized and structured considering all the possible connected risks
- each process pursues specific targets
- all the processes identified in the quality manual are integrated within the company workflow
- all the members of the staff are fully informed about the project
- each process is monitored and measured
- the customer is fully satisfied about the contract and services provided
- regulations and technological knowledge adequate and always up to date
- the safety, hygiene and environmental protection requirements comply with the law
- the organizational system is based on the improvement and evolution of our skills, always in line with the trends of the market and with customer’s requests
